Why can’t I sign up for the loyalty program right now?

We are currently pausing new enrollments while we review ways to enhance the overall guest experience.

Can existing members still use their rewards?

Yes. Active members may continue to enjoy their earned benefits as usual.

Will my loyalty account expire?

Accounts with no activity for 120 days may be automatically deactivated.

Do I need to do anything to keep my account active?

Simply continue dining with us as you normally would to keep your account active.

How can I get special offers or recognition without the loyalty program?

Our teams are empowered to recognize and take care of guests through personalized hospitality during your visit.

What purchases qualify?
All food and beverage purchases in main dining, private dining, and the prime bar qualify for loyalty rewards. Members who spend a minimum of $50 dollars will earn points for every dollar they spend. [take-out orders are not valid for loyalty]
How do I keep track of my reward balance?
The Loyalty app makes it easy to see your rewards and track your rewards. You can also log into your account here to check your point balance. Your points will update automatically after your purchase is complete.
When can I use my points?
Once you have earned loyalty points, you can redeem your points immediately when dining at one of our Ruth’s Chris locations.
Do my Rewards or points expire?

Yes, your points will expire if your loyalty account is inactive for a consecutive period of 120 days. ‘Dollars to Spend’ and ‘Reward yourself’ items expire 30 days from date of issuance. Complimentary Items added to your account (Dessert or Appetizer) will expire 30 days from date of issuance. Ruth’s Chris Steak House reserves the right to terminate or change the Loyalty program at any time.

can i let someone else, either a friend or family member, use my rewards account if I am not dining with them?
No, there can only be one member assigned to a rewards account and that member must be present during the dining experience to earn points or redeem any rewards.
Do gift card purchases count toward rewards?
No, gift cards are not eligible for loyalty points.
